Official Rules

Promotion Period: May 1, 2026 12:00:00 a.m. ET thru July 31, 2026 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period”).

1. To Enter:  There are 3 ways to enter during the Promotion Period:
   
   (1) Online Purchase:  You automatically earn one (1) entry for every $1 CA spent on qualifying merchandise at the online Shopify store at https://peaceregiontruckenthusiasts.ca/. 
   
   (2) Quick Entries:  You may also earn one (1) "Quick Entry" for each purchase made at https://peaceregiontruckenthusiasts.ca/.  Quick Entry entrants pay $1 CA for merchandise designated by Sponsor and receive one (1) entry for each transaction.   Please follow the on-screen prompts to complete your Quick Entry transaction.
   
   (3) NO PURCHASE Alternate Means of Entry (AMOE): Send a standard size postcard, only, with proper postage, with your hand-printed full name, street address, phone number, and email address to: Peace Region Truck Giveaway, P.O. Box 907, Marblehead, MA 01945 US. Each mail-in postcard will earn fifty (50) entries. Entries sent during the Early Bird bonus period below will receive the additional Early Bird bonus amount when the postcard includes "Early Bird” written in the lower left corner of the postcard.  Entries sent during a multiplier period will receive 50 entries multiplied by the multiplier for that period described below when the postcard includes the proper multiplier for that period ("2X” or "3X”) written in the lower left corner of the postcard.  Each postcard must be mailed separately.  Postcards with the incorrect notation in the lower left corner for an "Early Bird” or multiplier period will be disqualified.  Bulk shipments, bundled envelopes, or entries submitted by any third party, service, or organization on behalf of an Entrant will not be accepted and will result in disqualification. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 10, 2026.
   
   Entry Multipliers and Bonus entries:
   
   

Entries must be complete to be eligible. Providing invalid information, multiple entries beyond what's specified above, or otherwise failing to abide by these Official Rules will result in Sweepstakes disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person identified as the authorized account holder of the email address associated with email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). All information submitted in this Sweepstakes is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor's Privacy Policy accessible at https://peaceregiontruckenthusiasts.ca/policies/privacy-policy. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

There is a maximum of 3,000 entries you can earn regardless of the method of entry. In no event will an entrant receive more than 3,000 entries, regardless of multipliers or bonuses.

2. Drawing:
   The winner will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted on or around August 12, 2026, by Promosis, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential winner will be notified by email from Promosis, on or around August 13, 2026, and will be required to complete and submit an online Winner Eligibility form and liability/publicity release within three (3) days of the date the initial notification is sent to the potential winner. Potential winner will also be required to upload a "selfie” photo and image of a government-issued photo ID, as part of the verification process. Potential winner will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question to be eligible for prize award, in accordance with Canadian law. Any potential winner who fails to respond to the winner notification or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of entries received for the original drawing. 

3. Prize:
   One (1) Grand Prize: a pre-owned 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD (black) with crew cab, short box and L5P Duramax engine plus $10,000 CAD. Approximate Retail Value = $70,000 CAD. The Prize value indicated above reflects the Sponsor's good faith estimate of its approximate retail value ("ARV”). Such valuation shall be considered final and conclusive and will not be subject to challenge or appeal. In the event the actual value of the Prize at the time it is obtained or delivered is less than the stated ARV, the Winner will not be entitled to any compensation or award of the difference.
   The Prize vehicle is awarded in its current, pre-owned condition and is provided "AS IS” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the appearance, safety, performance, or reliability of the vehicle or its equipment. The Winner acknowledges that the vehicle may have prior use, normal wear and tear, or other conditions that could affect its performance or longevity. The Winner assumes full responsibility for all inspections, licensing, registration, insurance, maintenance, and repairs required after delivery. Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide replacement parts, service, or repairs before or after delivery of the Prize.
   
   Prize Winner must attend a prize presentation ceremony at a site local to Peace Region Truck located in the Peace Region area as designated by Sponsor on a date designated by Sponsor. If Prize Winner is unable or fails to attend the prize presentation ceremony, the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor's discretion and an alternate winner selected. Cash portion of prize is provided to winner for travel and accommodations to prize presentation. Prize will be delivered at prize presentation. Prize winner must conduct him/herself at all times during the prize presentation ceremony in a professional and respectful manner, consistent with the positive image of Sponsor. This includes adherence to all applicable laws and venue rules, refraining from excessive intoxication and illegal substance use, and avoiding any conduct that could disparage or reflect negatively on Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of alternate winner.
   
   Winner also grants to the Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the winner's name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material connected with this Sweepstakes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between any messaging or communication regarding the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received by the deadline of the Promotion Period.
   
   Fifty percent (50%) of net proceeds from all sales during the Promotion Period will be donated to Canadian Men's Health Foundation (CMHF). A single donation will be made after the completion of the sweepstakes.
   
   

4. Eligibility:
   Open to citizens and lawful permanent residents of Canada including the province of Quebec, 18 years of age and older. Not open to employees and their families (spouses, parents, children/siblings and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household) of Peace Region Truck Enthusiasts, Mulitia Muffler, Inc., Back Forty Fab, BW Customs, Canadian Forged Wheel Company Ltd, Clarico Industries Inc, GridIron Bumper Corp., Trigger Industries Inc., Diamond LED Inc, their subsidiaries, affiliates, participating retailers, promotion partners, advertising and production agencies, and Promosis, Inc. By submitting an entry, participant consents to the use of his/her registration information in accordance with the Peace Region Truck Enthusiast privacy policy. All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Promosis for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure as required by law. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
   
   

5. Limitation of Liability:
   Sponsor, Administrator, and their promotion partners and affiliates are not responsible for typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations/entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, Internet, or telephone failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; for viruses; for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the Sweepstakes; or for non-delivery of any prize due to factors beyond Sponsor's control, including lost, late, or misdirected deliveries or any delay or suspension of service that may affect prize delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek prosecution of any entrant who disrupts or interferes with the proper play of the Sweepstakes, or acts in violation these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sweepstakes is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to those stated above, winner will be determined via random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor and its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
   
   By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and holds harmless and agrees to indemnify Peace Region Truck Enthusiasts, Promosis, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "Released Entities”) in connection with this Sweepstakes and hold them harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes, or arising out of participation in any Sweepstakes related or prize related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or misuse, of any Sweepstakes or prize related activity, whether hosted by Peace Region Truck Enthusiasts or a third party.
   
   

6. Dispute Resolution:
   THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in British Columbia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
